What exactly is Project Life?
Project Life is pocket based scrapbook that makes it really easy to get every picture into a scrapbook. The Pockets come in predetermined layouts. (all the hard part is done for you) You pick witch pock layout you wish to use and add photos, journal cards, and accessory’s to make the page all your own. It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3….
Stampin’ Up! has joined forces with Becky Higgins (Project Life creator) to create a line of products just for Stampin’ Up! This includes collections of Cards, Stamps, and Accessory’s. All the Project Life by Stampin’ Up! products coordinate with the color groups and other Stampin’ Up! products. This gives great versatility when using Project Life by Stampin’ Up! And makes it very easy to put together great looking scrapbooks.
Why am I telling you all this? Well, the answer is simple.
Project Life Scrapbook Day of course…..
I am very excited to announce that Westside Paper Creations will be hosting their very first Project Life Scrapbook Day! This day will be full of Scrapbooks and fun. As a paper craftier we all know its about having fun!!!!
Here are the details:
August 1 st. from 10 am to 4 pm. at Westside Coffee Place & Cafe” in Decatur, Al.
Cost is $65 for the day./ Split the cost with a friend for $35 each This includes
- Lunch
- One Project Life Bundle ( you may pick form any that are featured in the “Share the Fun” catalog)
- 2 Packs of Project Life Pocket Pages
- and any extra supplies such as ink, glue, and coordinating times
You may want to bring a few items of your own such as pictures, paper snips, Markers, writing pins, album, and any non-Stampin’ Up! products you wish to use. Love to scrapbook? What I love about Happy Times!! The little wood house in the Accessory pack is adorable!!!! I am a sucker for anything with Washi tape. The enamel dots are a great little bonus. They would be perfect for cards if you did not find a use for all of them on your layouts. The card collection includes 100 cards in 3 different sizes. I especially like the card that states “you are my happy” . The stamp set has a great little frame that looks hand drawn. It would be so cute used on other projects. This stamp set also coordinates with the Project Life Paper Clip Thinlits Dies. I think these dies are going to be so useful when working on Project Life Scrapbooks.
Project Life This is the Life is all my favorite things rolled up into one great Bundle of items. Dot’s, Stripes, and so much more!!!!! The Stampin’ Up! colors that are used in this collection are Basic Black, Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, Cucumber Crush (New), Rich Razzleberry, Watermelon Wonder (New), white. This is such a fabulous color combination. It just is so happy and full of life :>

This is the Life Stamp Set has so much potential. I just love the letter/word combination stamps. and the “the best think ever” stamp!!! Oh my, who has not felt that way!!! This Bundle coordinates with the 3/4″ Circle Punch, the 1″ Circle Punch, and the Project Life Paper Clips Thinlits Dies. The Project card that states “your life is only as full as your Heart” is priceless. I also just love the “this is the life” project card!!! Did I mention that you get 2 rolls of Washi Tape with the accessory pack!!! That’s a lot to Love!!!!!!!
Words of Truth is not a Project Life stamp set but, it is defiantly with mentioning when talking about scrapbooking. This set will add so much to any project. You get “Remember” and “Truth” that are very bold. They are wonderful!!!! Then you get several smaller saying that will pair greatly with the bold words… The ” i love you more that grilled cheese” is so cute! 
This set consist of 10 rubber stamps that will be so very handy when putting together a Project Life scrapbook.!!!

One of my absolutely favorite thing in the catalog is the “Pretty Petals Designer Series Paper Stack”. I adore the designs in this stack. In the Paper Stack you get 48 sheets (4 each of 12 designs) of 6 x 6 paper. I have this paper stack and use it all the time. Over the next few weeks I am sure you will see many cards featuring this paper. That’s how much I like it. This Paper stack pares perfectly with “Pretty Thankful” stamp set.
