Day three of Share the Fun Catalog Stroll

Annual15_p112_a

Can we say “obsessed”!!!! That is how I feel about the stamp set “Remarkable You”.  I was not necessary overwhelmed with this set when I first strolled through the catalog.  But, all it took was for me to use it one time and my feeling changed completely.  I am truly obsessed with this stamp set.  I can not get enough of it.  Can I say it any other way.   This is a must have for sure!!!!!Remarkable You

The simple sketches are strong enough to stand on their own. Yet, they pair very will with just about any sentiment.  The images are perfect for water-coloring or just simple coloring with your Stampin’ write Markers.

I really, really want to CASE this card.  The stamp set is “Awesomely Artistic”  It’s it lovely?  It’s it pretty?  This set will be so very verstial with all the different images you get.  The dragon fly has such great detail.  I love the dots that will make it easy to add splashes of color to any background.

Background stamps can be overlooked very easily.  Stampin’ Up! has a lot of great background stamps.  I have picked two to share with you today.  When you look at the background stamps in the catalog remember you are getting a lot of bang for you buck.  Also, they are images that you will be using over and over on all sorts of different projects.

“Brushstrokes” background stamp is on my must have wish list.  It will be perfect for making bold watercolor like images with out actually having to watercolor anything.

“Definitely Dahlia” was on my original order from this catalog.  It is a large dahlia that measures 4 3/8 by 4 18.  I am inching to make something using this large dahlia.  I am drown to the detail of this stamp and how it almost appears to be hand painted with  watercolors.

The “celebrate” is one of the new embellishments Stampin’ Up! is offering this year.  They are great little wood pieces.  “Expressions Natural Elements” are 3D wood veneer words.  The words are Congrats, Thanks, and celebrate.  They defiantly add a lot of pizzazz to any card or project.

Stampin’ Up! really knocked it out of the ball park with their new Designer Series Paper.  I love the all!!!! Truly I do 🙂 Each set has paper that makes me smile.  So, I am going to share just a few with you.   First up is “Bohemian Designer Series Paper”

Bohemian Designer Series Paper

I have used this paper for many backgrounds on cards.  The fabulous designs are very modern.  The color combinations are spot on to make any projects shine. This paper coordinates with Bermuda Bay, Blackberry Bliss, Island Indigo, Delightful Dijon, Rich Razzleberry, Very Vanilla.  If you love the modern feel of this paper then check out “Bohemian Borders”  Stampin’ Up! truly makes it easy to coordinate stamps, paper, and color.  This is one of the many reasons I LOVE Stampin’ Up! so much.
