A little Moroccan Nights fun…

I’m sitting on the  and there is a worm breaze blooing.  The most beautiful sun set, brillant reds and yellows fading into the crisp night sky all outlineing the white washed building.  In the background a blind of dance music is emarging along with the smells of wonderful quizine.  I am stamping with a new stamp set, while life passes by.   No, really…. The Moroccan Nights stamp set brings to mind images of Moroccan arcutextre, textiles, and  design.  SO, I thougth I would pretend for a moment that I was in Morocco enjoying stamping on a lazy summer night…

Moroccan Nights

I love all the images in this set.  Expecially the large tile!!!  The design is so detailed and makes me think of a old world floor tie or maybe, a desgin of a wonderful silk scarf…

I had several crafty friends that I wanted to send cards to and decided this was just the perfect set to use. I made several background with the large tile stamp.  After making my bacgrounds I decided to make each card a little different by change up the layers with the sentament….IMAG3535

This was such a fun collection of cards to play with.  I just love how each has it’s own personalty…Do cards have personalities…inanament object……….well, these inamanante cards have something…..

Each background was made by stamping in the color of ink then lightly spritzing the samp with water. Finally stamping.  After the backgrounds dried I added the hello die cut and the word friend using the Labeler Alphabet stamp set.  I just love how Moroccan Nights lends it’s self to making multipule cards fun, quick, and easy :>
