Fabulous Flamingo 

There are few things in this world more wonderfully happy than Flamingos.  I have loved them since childhood.  The pink feathers at first just made me smile.  And there association with tropical beaches real draw me in.   And y’all know I love Lily Pulitzer patterns.   So, when I saw the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set I had to have it!!!

The sentiments in this set are just perfect for this guy. Tickled pink…love you kinda a lit…that was awesome!!! All just how I think about flamingos.   The other day walking through Hobby Lobby (shush…don’t tell)  looking for some bowls in the home decor.  This print of a watercolor jumped out at me…

I knew exactly how I wanted to use this set.  I snapped a picture so I would not forget.  Card Ideas can come from anywhere.  We just have to be open to the world around us.

• The three pinks used were Powder Pink, Pink Pirouette, and and Flirty Flamingo. This three step Flamingo makes it super easy to layer colors…
• The three greens used were Limon Lime Twist, Pear Pizzazz, and Wild Wasabi.  Using the “rock and roll” technique with Limon Lime Twist and Pear Pizzazz
• Envelope decorating brings the entire look together!
