Inside the line

Over the weekend I attended a stamping event in Nashville! I learned so much useful information and had a great time stamping. Later this week I will show you the cards we made! They are really cute.  One lady there had taken the time to color the Inside the Line Designer Series Paper form Sale-A-Bration and shared it with us all. Faye’s coloring skills are out of this world! She is truely talented …

Inside the Line Designer Series Paper

Here are some pictures of Faye’s coloring

Faye’s coloring made me want to color the Inside the Lines Paper… So, Sunday I did just that. Now I did not color the entire page. I could have though. I love to color it is very relaxing and takes my mind off of outside things… I chose a section of the paper and colored it with my prismacolor pincles.

After coloring the section, I cut down the paper to fit on a card. Because, I worked so hard on the coloring, I decided to keep the rest of the card quite simple.  Even though I did not use any blues in the coloring. I went with Dapper Denim for my first card layer. Same is true for the second layer. So Saffron added a softness to the over all card.

  • Choose a contrasting color for your mat. It makes the colors pop!

The next step was to make a banner. Instead of the triditional flag banner I used the layering circles and the stiched shapes (circle) to make a rounded banner. The sentament is a Holiday carryover item, Basket of Wishes.

Each of your comments makes me smile! Please, comment HERE.

The starter kit AKA Ultimate Bundle is even sweeter during Sale-A-Bration!  Not only do you get $125 worth of product for $99 . You also get two FREE stamp sets!  And who does not love FREE stamps?  I know I do!

Thanks for stopping by today!

peace and much love,

Jennifer
